The program is built on six foundational pillars essential for successful career development: Awareness, Counseling, Planning, Training, Networking, and Mentoring. We adhere to a structured framework to sequentially implement these pillars, ensuring each one contributes effectively to the accelerated career development of pharmacy students. This comprehensive approach is designed to holistically support students from initial awareness to professional networking and mentorship, guiding them towards a successful career in pharmacy. 

Joining the program involves a straightforward procedure beginning with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Pharmavision and the pharmacy college. Once the MoU is in place, students can be onboarded into the program. After onboarding, they will gain comprehensive access to various career development activities, including digital resources, live sessions, hybrid learning opportunities, and physical engagements, designed to support their professional growth and readiness.
