Message for students:
My role as a coach would be to guide in the right direction of a career path, prepare a blue print of the plan and execute it successfully, through gradual methodical Process, training and education. I shall closely be involved in the decision making process and help you with my experiences; good and bad, all throughout the procedure. All my efforts shall be channeled in the line of helping you to get successful career with minimum investment of time and money.
Setting the right goal is the most important step towards career planning. And goal setting should be done keeping in mind your current position and what efforts it’d take to reach that goal. A vague goal is not a goal at all. Your goal should be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time bound. Pragmatic goals are the one that push you towards success.
Vague Goal: I want to go abroad for Job, Money and PR.
SMART GOAL:: I want job in APOTEX with $1,00,000 salary with Permanent Residency (PR) in 3 years time
Inspiration to Start Pharmavision in India
A Phase of Passing through challenges and finally achieving success, has imparted in me the desire to lead the students with the best and genuine career counselling. My motive is to guide the students in a way so that they can achieve the same success, I achieved but with the investment of significantly less amount of time and money. I have invested more than $60,000 in 5 years of time. Another concern is for the students who have migrated to foreign countries but are yet unable to get successful jobs and Permanent Residency due to the lack of guidance and genuine counselling, Despite being hardworking, smart and intellectual. These are the very reasons that inspired me to start Pharmavision in India.
